RECIGEN is indicated in adults for the treatment of :

Patients with relapsing multiple sclerosis (MS). In clinical trials, this was characterized by two or more relapses in the previous three years without evidence of steady progression between relapses; RECIGEN slows disability progression and reduces relapse frequency.

Patients who have had a single demyelinating event with active inflammation, severe enough to require intravenous corticosteroid treatment, after excluding other possible diagnoses, and who are considered at high risk of developing clinically definite multiple sclerosis.
