Cinnora – Paediatric Indications

Polyarticular JIA : For patients ≥2 years with inadequate response to DMARDs; with or without methotrexate.

Enthesitis-Related Arthritis : For patients ≥6 years unresponsive or intolerant to conventional therapy.

Plaque Psoriasis : For patients ≥4 years with severe disease unresponsive or unsuitable for topical/phototherapy.

Crohn’s Disease : For patients ≥6 years with moderate to severe disease unresponsive or intolerant to standard therapy.

Uveitis : For patients ≥2 years with chronic non-infectious anterior uveitis unresponsive or intolerant to conventional treatment.
